Jakarta Governor, Basuki T. Purnama revealed to obey the instruction of Home Ministry on new uniform rules of Civil Servant (PNS).

According to Home Ministry's circulation letter, every Wednesday, every civil servant must wear a white shirt. The shirt is the same with way of dressing from President Joko 'Jokowi' Widodo every day.
"I have not signed. I received circulation letter from Home Ministry, and we just follow it," he stated, at City Hall, Tuesday (2/9).
City Prefers Local Product for e-CatalogThe rule number 6 on Third Amendment of Home Ministry's Regulation number 60/2007 on Civil Servant uniform in the scope of Home Ministry and Regional Government.
Referring to Home Ministry, uniform wearing for civil servant under Home Ministry and Regional Government every Monday-Tuesday is beige color, white shirt on Wednesday and batik on Thursday-Friday.
"As you know, we wear batik Jakarta or Betawi every Thursday and national batik on Friday. So green uniform is not worn anymore," he stated.
